We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef for this infamous dining pub located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. We''re looking for an exceptional pastry chef who is excited about being in a busy environment, with has previous experience being on a pastry section in a restaurant, and coming up with new ideas and menu development. You should be a keen foodie who keeps up to date with the latest food trends and techniques, while maintaining a solid foundation in traditional cooking.

The Person
The successful Pastry Chef will have the followingExperience as a Pastry chef at rosette or Michelin levelHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCPIdeally be able to drive or live locallyHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailHave the confidence to create and be innovativeAbility to remain calm and level-headed in high-stress situationsStrong work ethic and dedication to the job and industryHighly motivated and driven to succeed
