About the Role As a Children''s Residential Support Worker, you ll: Provide hands-on care, guidance, and support to children and young people. Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team. Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation. Contribute to creating a nurturing, high-quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards. About You To thrive in this role, you ll need: Experience in children s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours.
