Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer based in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their leadership team and take ownership of all aspects of product and process quality across the business.The RoleAs Quality Manager, you ll be responsible for ensuring that products meet customer expectations and comply with industry and regulatory standards. You ll lead the quality function, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all quality assurance and control processes within production.Maintain and develop the company s QMS (ISO 9001 or equivalent).Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness for customer or certification audits.Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Work closely with production, engineering, and RandD to improve quality performance and reduce waste.Train and mentor quality team members.Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers on all quality-related matters.
