Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Performance Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. The Performance Manager is a key member of the Advertising Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyse and improve advertisers’ performance on TikTok, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and unlock business opportunities. Day to day, responsibilities include analysing success metrics, developing data-driven insights for client leadership, and communicating recommendations clearly.Responsibilities
Driving media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients\'' business goalsSupport and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitchEducate other teams on TikTok for Business offerings and keep them engaged by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external useOutline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results deliveryIncrease adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysisManage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizesPresent findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solutionMonitor and analyse ad campaigns to identify optimisation opportunities for improving and scaling performanceInvestigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help troubleshoot client issues on the platformAnalyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offeringsShare marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategyConduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales teamDemonstrate deep analytical ability, and develop expertise in TikTok’s proprietary metrics, evolving how we analyse and communicate data-driven insightsQualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience of account management/performance experience in digital marketingTangible experience executing on a biddable networkKnowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN etc)Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectivesAbility to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performancePreferred Qualifications:
Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholdersExperience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teamsExperience using Excel or Google Sheets essential, familiarity with visualisation tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) a plusComfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholdersExperience working within the verticalAbout TikTok
