Learning and Development Manager

The Opportunity As Learning and Development Manager, you ll take the lead in designing and delivering a progressive learning strategy that supports both organisational goals and individual growth. This role offers the autonomy to shape the LandD function, bring training in-house over time, and enhance the current offering through creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a charity-wide learning and development strategy aligned to organisational priorities. • Review and evolve existing learning initiatives, introducing new approaches and tools to support continuous development. • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders to understand learning needs and priorities. • Oversee external training providers while gradually developing in-house learning capability. • Design and deliver engaging workshops, programmes, and resources to support leadership and professional development. • Measure and evaluate the impact of learning interventions to ensure ongoing improvement and effectiveness.
