:You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiencesYou are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
