Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN
• Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans
• Support learning, emotional, and behavioural needs in the classroom
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals

What We''re Looking For:

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Previous experience working with children or young people (desired but not essential)
• Reliable, adaptable, and happy to work across different schools and year groups
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Ability to travel to schools across Sittingbourne
