The Role The Law Society is currently recruiting for a fixed-term position for a Membership Operations Manager to lead on the development and delivery of efficient and effective membership operational processes, and ways of working to support the delivery of a valued membership experience and member offer. The role will involve managing the review and development of end-to-end membership operational processes; improving ways of working to ensure an effective and efficient member experience; developing the CRM/data strategy to enable streamlining of membership processes and outputs; and line managing the Membership Operations Executive.
