Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water FrameworkLocation: OswestrySalary: £50,000 to £65,000 + packageRole

As Senior QS, you\''ll take responsibility for the commercial management of projects within the framework, ensuring best value and compliance with NEC contracts. You\''ll work closely with the operations team to provide robust financial and contractual control, manage subcontractors, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of projects on the United Utilities framework.Administering NEC contracts and managing subcontract packages.Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports.Providing accurate forecasting and risk management.Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.Building strong relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.About You

Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.Experience working for a main contractor, ideally within utilities, water, or civil engineering.Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.Ability to work independently while also supporting a wider team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What\''s on Offer
