Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:Preparation and analysis of claims documentation.Supporting expert witnesses in delay, quantum, or technical matters.Assisting with the preparation of expert reports for arbitration, adjudication, and litigation.Conducting detailed investigation, research, and assessment of project records.Working across multiple clients and sectors, including major building and infrastructure programmes.Helping develop methodologies, narratives, and supporting evidence for dispute resolution processes.
