Corporate Solicitor - Birmingham A Legal 500-ranked law firm with approximately 170 staff and 22 equity partners is seeking to expand its Corporate team. It is now seeking a Corporate Solicitor around 3-5 years PQE to join its team reputable team.The firm places a strong emphasis on collaboration, teamwork and cross-referrals, with teams structured to maximise client service and internal knowledge sharing. Hybrid working is standard practice, with Solicitors typically working three days in the office and two days remotely.The Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor (3-5 years'' PQE) to join a highly regarded Corporate team working on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including:Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (MandA)Management Buyouts (MBOs)Corporate restructurings and reorganisationsBanking and finance transactionsThe role involves advising Buyers and Sellers on multi-million-pound transactions, both within the UK and internationally across a range of sectors.
