Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

•3-6 years of experience with a focus in Digital Analytics and

Experimentatio

n/Optimization - A/B and Multivariate testing

•Passion for digital analytics, working with data and deriving insights to solve client business challenges

•Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely,

SiteSpect

•Ability to build relationships and work as part of a large, cross functional team to solve complex problems - both with internal teams and external clients

•Experience with optimization programs and delivering analytics engagements

•Highly motivated with an

entrepreneuria

l spirit and the ability to hit the ground running

•Strong consultative skills and the ability to challenge status quo and gain adoption - proven ability to influence stakeholder and senior leaders, and manage organizational change
