Skills Required: Strong payroll function knowledge Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas Over ten years'' experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word Ability to work independently This is a hybrid role which can be based from London or Bristol.
