You''ll lead delivery of the key transactional processes for BOXPARK. Accounts PayableWe use LightYear to manage our invoice approval process, you will be responsible for the following:Ensuring invoices are processed in LightYear within our SLA, with any issues triaged and all invoices coded correctly.Managing the approval process and chasing up unapproved invoicesEnsuring that approved invoices are exported to Xero regularly and accurately.Setting up new suppliers in Xero Producing fortnightly payment runs, obtaining approval for these and processing payment.
