Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Matching exceptional candidates to permanent and temporary vacancies. Driving business development to expand our reach. Managing recruitment inboxes and screening CVs like a pro. Conducting phone interviews, scheduling meetings, and arranging assessments.
