About you:

• Previous experience asSite Manager housebuilding/main contractor.
• Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team.
• Ability to assess scaffolding design and build to current legislative standards.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving License.
• IT / Microsoft Office literate
