Our client is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team. The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, strong cash management, and efficient transactional processing.Key Responsibilities for the Finance Operations ManagerLead, manage and develop a team of transactional finance staff.Set clear objectives and performance standards for the team.Own and oversee the daily bank reconciliation process.Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.Manage the billing team, ensuring invoicing is accurate and issued on time.
