Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources Team working on the Thames Water framework for projects in Oxfordshire.Location: Working from home with travel to site in Oxfordshire and offices in Didcot, OxfordshireHours: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired; please discuss with us.We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the project''s procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.Manage valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.Prepare monthly cost/value reports for projects, review results, and consider trends with other contract team members.Provide legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, handling notices and subcontractor administration.Drive commercial initiatives, produce margin improvement plans, and support team members in maximizing opportunities.Qualifications

You hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.You hold a full UK Driving Licence.Prior experience working in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.Experience with a variety of contract forms.Notes
