Here, every pupil is encouraged to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment - academically, socially, and emotionally.Remedy are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join an exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Canterbury.Key Responsibilities:Assisting students with a variety of SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs, across the school day.Supporting teachers in delivering personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.Collaborating with teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide consistent, targeted support.Encouraging positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.Helping students develop independence, confidence, and key life skills.Observing and reporting on student progress to inform teaching strategies and support plans.What we''re looking for:Experienced or eager to be an SEN Support Worker with students with SEN, showing patience, empathy, and understanding.Committed to helping students succeed and confident in building strong, supportive relationships.Able to work effectively as part of a team ..... full job details .....
