You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging residential conveyancing transactions including: Sales and purchasesNew build transactionsRemortgagesRegistered and unregistered propertiesHelp to Buy and Shared Ownership mattersLeasehold transactions and lease extensionsTransfers of equityLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesWorking collaboratively with the Private Client departmentMaintaining accurate and compliant case filesEnsuring deadlines and client expectations are metThe Candidate1-3+ years'' PQE in Residential ConveyancingStrong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property lawExperience acting for individual clients on a broad range of mattersAble to work independently on complex legal casesSelf-motivated, organised, and ..... full job details .....
