Interim Housing Project Manager

An Interim Housing Project Manager is required for a council for 6 months. Candidates must have strong Project Management experience working on housing related projects, from either a Housing Association or a Council. This is not a technical housing role but requires strong Project Management and Project planning experience. You''ll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a critical housing project, drawing upon your extensive experience in the housing sector. Following some issues with a established housing development programme, as the Project Manager you will provide support on the project in order to track the project development, manage risk, liaise with senior stakeholders and help get the project back on track. Key Highlights Salary range of £450.00 - £500.00 per day Inside of IR35 Hybrid working, 2-3 days on site in London Key Requirements: Proven track record in managing housing projects, either within a housing association or local government Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements governing the housing sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making If you have strong Project Management experience gained within ..... full job details .....
