Financial Planner – All high worth clients provided. Central London. Due to continued expansion, we have been retained by a prestigious boutique Wealth Planning firm, with an in-house DFM team, to recruit an ambitious Financial Planner. All clients will be provided, which are mass affluent or UHNW and you will not be required to move clients over or self-generate new clients. The firm has some incredible propositions and exclusive cash management facilities, that enable its clients to safely maximize their portfolio value and at the same time increase the revenue within your client bank. The added benefit to this role is you will have a support and mentorship from a Director, to assist in the handover of the clients to you.Responsibilities
Managing an existing client bank of circa 80-100 clientsTargeting the acquisition of new clients for the Firm through Business Development activities; pro-actively representing the business and taking the initiative to meet new potential clientsContacting clients that are currently unengaged with their service, rebuilding the relationship through financial planning adviceWork with investment managers to identify opportunities for existing clientsActively refer clients and prospects to other services and specialisms offeredService clients on an ongoing basis, conducting annual reviews and ensuring that the client remains on track to achieve their objectivesCarry out all activities in a compliant manner in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsGetting Things Done – Delivers on agreed objectives promptly; prioritises workload; remains professional under pressureCommunication and Sharing Knowledge – Confident, clear and accurate with all communication. Maintains accurate records and makes effective use of new technologyCustomer Service – Positive attitude to find solutions in line with TCF principles. Uses customer feedback to improve serviceEffectiveness and Adaptability – Able to maintain a high volume of work, striving for continual improvements. Must hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) qualificationPrevious experience of providing financial planning advice to clientsPrevious experience in business development and growing a client bookSeniority level
