About the RoleBased from their North West region office reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will take full ownership of the commercial performance of your projects. This hands-on role covers financial and contractual management from pre-construction through to final account. You''ll manage day-to-day commercial operations, deliver accurate reporting, and drive performance. Hybrid working can be offered however there will be site meetings to attend throughout the North West region.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and lead monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports - outlining current positions and final account forecasts, identifying risks and opportunitiesManage subcontractor packages from procurement to final account, including valuations, payments, contract admin, variations, and claims Oversee full commercial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of data across cash flow, spend tracking, and budget controlSupport wider project delivery by monitoring progress, managing cost control, and assessing commercial riskLiaise effectively with internal teams, clients, ..... full job details .....
