Working closely with the Resourcing team, HR Managers, and Centres of Excellence, you''ll ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through to performance and development. The role is varied and in supporting the achievement of the firm''s growth and development plans you will get involved in a number of ad hoc projects within the Central HR team on a regular basis, supporting colleagues in other locations or teams as needed.You will be aligned to a fee earning practice area where you will use your business partnering abilities to foster strong working relationships with the teams you work with.
