Project Manager – Commercial Kitchens & Bars

Dawnvale specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality commercial kitchens and bars. We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of commercial kitchens and bars across the projects we undertake.Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the production of required deliverables, planning projects, setting and managing customer expectations, and defining the scope of work. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, resolve any arising issues, manage budgets, and mitigate project risks. This role is only open to candidates with proven experience in the catering industry and on-site project management.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with customers and contractors to confirm site surveys and verify dimensions against drawings before any orders are placed.Approve all equipment, fabrications, and joinery, confirming delivery dates with the purchasing team.Schedule installations and deliveries in line with project timelines.Minimise site visits in accordance with the project quotation allowance.Ensure all site contractors are working from the correct drawings and specifications.Arrange the correct trades to attend site and manage team meetings.Source suitable alternatives for discontinued or out-of-stock equipment.Communicate project updates with customers, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring all price variations are documented and acknowledged.Notify customers of potential incurred costs for failed or cancelled visits due to project changes beyond our control.Verify with accounts that the pre-delivery invoice has been sent and paid before production and installation.Identify and communicate any project variations to the Client Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Support, and Accounts team.Ensure final invoicing is processed upon project completion.Provide a comprehensive handover pack (digital and hard copy) to the customer within two weeks of project completion, ensuring all outstanding payments are settled beforehand.
