We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic

Assistant Night Manager

to join our and lead our overnight front office team in our beautiful, boutique-style hotel. As an Assistant Night Manager you will support the Night Manager to oversee the night operations of the hotel including room service, check ins, check outs and any ad hoc member requests.

What we are looking for...Previous experience working in a hotel within a managerial capacityTeam player who communicates well with all colleaguesAble to work overnight shifts on a full-time basisStrong understanding of financial auditing processes within a hospitality settingKnowledge of PMS and POS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, etc.)Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detailAble to work independently and take initiative in problem-solvingConfident in managing responsibilities during lone working hours.Exceptional communication and guest service skillsFluent in English, both written and verbal

What we are looking for...Up to 2-4 years'' experience in hotel or rooms division in a senior management capacityInnovator and influencer with previous experience managing hotel operations.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)Strong attention to detailsExcellent customer serviceFluent in EnglishOrganised and reliableAbility to work and maximize relationships within a diverse teamComputer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
