Drives the audit plan to deliver quality outcomes within budget.Works as part of a team of auditors to complete audits that provide impactful reports, assurance and improvements to the control environment.Proactively contribute to audit teamwork, scrums/team meetings and independently run audit walkthrough conversations with partners.Independently complete audit testing, prepare work papers, draft issues and report content for the section to meet time and quality requirements, and contribute to scoping of reviews.Provide input to the Audit Director and Senior Audit Manager on risks and proposed changes to the audit plan for both quarterly refresh and the annual plan with drivers.Support junior auditors in the field with coaching to ensure quality and adherence to Internal Audit methodology.Deliver core components of audit engagements with prior experience in a financial services Internal Audit function.Solve sophisticated audit assurance problems and identify difficult situations where appropriate.Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent, and relevant professional qualification.Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIA) or Accounting Qualification. Part Qualified may be considered.Moderate proven experience in assurance delivery and supervision.Extensive partner management experience.Experience in a fast-paced international organisation is advantageous.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Continuous improvement attitude.We recognise the need for flexibility and discuss work arrangements.
