Sales Team LeaderLocation: CirencesterReports To: Sales ManagerSalary: £40,000 + Commission (OTE 80k-£90K)Job PurposeTo lead, coach, and develop a team of new sales starters, building their confidence, capability, and performance from initial onboarding through to full competency.
