In this key role, you will manage, control, and maintain all project documentation in line with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practice. You''ll ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time-keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control project documentation using electronic document management systems (EDMS)Log, update, and distribute drawings, specifications, and technical documentsMaintain accurate document registers and issue logsLiaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure document control complianceSupport audits and ensure adherence to quality management systemsTrain and support staff on document control proceduresTrack document progress and highlight overdue itemsArchive project documentation in accordance with company and client policiesAssist in developing and implementing project document control systemsManage document retrieval requests and ensure efficient access to recordsAbout YouPrevious experience in document control within construction, MEP, or engineering environmentsStrong IT and organisational skills, with experience using EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint)Excellent attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
