Work with a long-established electrical contractor that delivers planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and hospitality sites throughout Essex and Kent, with only occasional travel into London.

The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you''ll carry out electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and hospitality properties.

Typical duties include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive electrical repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Testing and inspection works
• Small remedial and installation projects
• Completing service reports and job sheets
• Building strong relationships with clients on site

What you will need: 

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• AM2 Qualification
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance within commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to participate in a 1 in 13 call-out rota
