Our 7095-yard parkland course was designed in 1994 by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morris and is a truly special place to develop your career - offering wonderful opportunities to learn and grow within a professional team.Sitting at the heart of our estate is Rossdhu House, a Georgian mansion now home to the clubhouse, where breakfast lunch and dinner is served in our Spikes Bar or halfway house, or more formal dining in private spaces or at special events. The Club also boasts accommodation, with 53 individually designed suites spread across the clubhouse, and surrounding lodges and cottages. As well as world class golf, our Members and guests can also enjoy traditional outdoor pursuits, from boating on the loch, pheasant shooting and stalking as well as river and loch fishing and hill walking. Or for indoor relaxation our five-star spa set within a beautiful walled garden offers an extensive holistic treatment menu, thermal pools, and a gym.Some work here permanently to develop a career in golf and hospitality, some work only seasonally across the busy summer months, while others work part time and flexibly around personal commitments or studies. Access to our facilities and events is restricted to our members and their guests therefore the marketing team''s nuanced remit is to engage and inform to maximise the participation of our members in as many of our Club activities as possible.Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:Use of Canva to create various elements such as menus, Member and team communications, tournament materials, recruitment advertising, leaflets, posters, documentsCapturing photos around the Club that can be used as content in support our professional photographyActive management of the Clubs social channels including creation of a social media plan and monitoring and responding to comments and activity relating to the ClubUpdating the Members appEnsuring details are always up to date on Constant Contact (used for email communications to Members)Assistance in the organisation of Club events where marketing plays a key role e.g. Summer Garden Fete, Christmas MarketProduction of reports relating to results from the annual Member survey into a presentable format for the Board and Senior Management teamAct as brand guardian - monitoring activity across the Club to ensure consistent brand expressionGeneral assistance to all teams with marketing activities, as well as ad hoc administrative duties as neededTo be considered youll need:Marketing / digital / graphic degree or equivalent qualification or equivalent experienceTo be highly proficient in the use of Canva softwareStrong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordSocial media skills relating to posting, monitoring, and managing channels to include LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramKnowledge of software packages including Constant Contact and Crowd Signal would be ideal - though training can be providedDue to the geographical spread of our facilities - a full UK driving licence is a necessityDiversity StatementWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all applicants and employees giving priority only to qualities and skills required for each role.
