ey goals and responsibilities:

Lead Sales: Drive revenue by building and managing your own sales pipeline, consistently exceeding targets.Market Expansion:

Identify new opportunities to grow market share across the UK.Relationship Building :

Cultivate long-lasting client relationships through networking and trust-building.Brand Promotion:

Work with marketing to increase brand visibility and promote our Profitrooms product portfolio across the UK.Industry Networking:

Attend trade shows, conferences, and forums to expand your network.Sales Documentation :

Manage contracts, sales records, reports, and invoices with legal compliance.Mentorship :

Support the development of entry-level colleagues into our future Business Development Managers.Requirements:

Industry knowledge:

Either proven SaaS hospitality tech experience (IBE/CRS/PMS/channel manager) or deep expertise in hotel distribution/revenue management.Sales track record:

Successful B2B sales background, ideally in hospitality SaaS or tech solutions.Hunter mindset:

Comfortable driving your own pipeline and new business opportunities.Networking skills:

Ability to connect with decision-makers and influence outcomes.Results focus:

Consistently meet and exceed targets.Communication:

Fluent English, both written and spoken.Team spirit:

Collaborative, supportive, and eager to mentor others.Commercial acumen:
