From overseeing intake checks and audits to mentoring a small team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You''ll report directly to the Technical Manager and play a crucial role in supporting external audits and continuous improvement projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the inspection of incoming stock and documentationConduct quality intake checks and issue batch labelsPerform regular stock quality evaluations and report issuesEnsure compliance through internal audits and quality assessmentsLead and support a small QC/Goods-In teamSupport site projects alongside the Technical ManagerCarry out 3rd party quality inspections and generate reportsAssist during external audits and customer visitsWhat We''re Looking For:Experience within the fresh produce industry Intermediate food hygiene certificate (preferred)Strong understanding of HACCPPrevious supervisory experience or ready ..... full job details .....
