Project Manager - IT, ITSX - Greater London, UKA large global organisation are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for the ITSX Team, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This will be a permanent position worked full-time, on-site.The position will be based in Surrey, UK.Key Responsibilities/Skills:Scope Management- Define, control, and manage project boundaries to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations, budget, and timeline.- Adapt to scope changes with clear communication and impact analysis.Resource Management- Plan, allocate, and optimize human, technical, and financial resources to meet project goals.- Forecast, budget, and manage bandwidth across teams.Time/Schedule Management- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including dependencies and resource constraints.- Perform critical path analysis using tools such as Smartsheet or timeline spreadsheets.Communication Management- Create and execute communication plans.- Lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.- Maintain clear documentation and ensure transparency at all levels.- Strong communication and stakeholder skills preferably with Security domain knowledge (but not mandatory).
