At The Passage, we believe in a society where street homelessness no longer exists and everyone has a place to call home. Based in the heart of Westminster, we provide life-changing support to people who are, or are at risk of, street homelessness. Guided by our Vincentian values, we offer practical solutions that empower individuals to rebuild their lives.

We are entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of our three-year strategy, The Art of the Possible. This bold and innovative plan focuses on prevention, collaboration, and sustainability, and positions The Passage as a key strategic partner to central, regional, and local government. With strong financial foundations and a clear vision, we are ready to deepen our impact.

We are seeking a mission-driven, strategic Director of Finance and Resources to join our Senior Team, overseeing Finance, People Services, Facilities, and IT and ensuring our operations are robust, responsive, and aligned with our values and goals.

You will be a qualified accountant, with a track record of leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
