Joining at a pivotal time, you''ll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of their office, supporting a smooth running of the business in both the operation and sales teams whilst maintaining financial controls and client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the day to day running of the office, including managing administrative systems, organising events, and office suppliesSupporting the sales teams with meetings, preparing documents, and client communicationsManaging a professional and functioning office environmentActing as the main point of contact for clients coming into the officePreparing invoices, managing credit control functions, and maintaining financial recordsLiaising with internal teams to ensure invoicing and billing documents are accurate What We''re Looking For:Must have accounts and office management experienceConfident communicating at all levelsHighly organised, proactive, and commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills.Experience with invoices, reconciliations, and credit controlExperience of looking after a busy office independently, including managing administrative functions ..... full job details .....
