The successful applicant will need to have experience in the recruitment, assessment, and support of foster carers. You will have knowledge of Fostering legislation, procedure, and compliance. You will be child focused. We will offer manageable caseloads to ensure you can provide bespoke support to foster carers, excellent training opportunities to further develop your practice and you will be part of a well-established, dedicated and motivated team. We have embedded the Secure Base Model into our practice and we ensure all new members of staff undertake training to allow them to confidently use the model.
