Hybrid 2 days after 3 months probation

Your new role
You''ll be joining the Sales team as an account manager, supporting the business through office based sales calls and business development consultancy. Duties include:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to expand your sales plan across FM, catering, hospitality and education sectors.
• Examine your market to maintain a strong presence and target key client bases.
• Keep close contact with key stakeholders to generate a strong customer base.
• Achieve targets set out by the team relative to your level.
• Be a key team member supporting and collaborating with the wider sales team.

What you''ll need to succeed

• Proven sales experience working to targets and KPIs. This can be in telesales, in-person sales, business development etc. and isn''t industry specific.
• Confidence on the phone when calling clients and excellent communication skills.
• Resilience and ambition for growth.
• A team player mentality
• Full drivers'' licence is preferable (upon promotion there are company car benefits and on site visit requirements)
