8+ years’ PQE in commercial propertyStrong lease work experienceBusiness development capability and appetiteExperience managing or supervising peoplePersonable and approachable, not overly corporate, able to build client trustCommercially aware and collaborative mindsetWhat you’ll be doing

Manage a caseload of 25–50 mixed real estate files, focused on high-value quality workSupport and supervise a junior solicitor and trainee, with secretarial support in placeTake over existing files while also generating new work streamsBuild strong client relationships and develop your own client base over timeAttend partner meetings and contribute to the firm’s long-term strategyBill efficiently with realistic targetsSalary and Benefits
