Gilbert Meher have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step, to become the Registered Manager of a small residential care home which supports adults with learning difficulties and mental health needs.-

We are looking for an talented Registered Manager to take the lead on care and promote a culture of care and excellence within the service. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills to make a genuine difference to the lives of the service users, and that wants to strive for an OUTSTANDING CQC rating in the future.

About the Role

Aside from holding the Registration, your duties will include:

• Ensuring care and excellence within the service.
• Day-to-day operational running of the home.
• Supervising and supporting the-staff.
• Ensuring CQC compliance.
• Striving to attain and maintain full occupancy.
• Recruiting staff as and when required.
• Using IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training, and occupancy.
• External Collaboration to promote the service.

• Experience in a similar-role.
• A good understanding of CQC compliance.
• A desire to strive for excellence.
• Good knowledge of IT systems within care.
