to join a well-established residential care home in

Walsall . The home specialises in providing high-quality care for residents living with

Dementia ,

Mental Health conditions , and

Physical Disabilities .The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care, with proven experience in a senior role within a residential or nursing home setting.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of care staff on shiftEnsure the highest standards of care are consistently providedAssist in developing and implementing care plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsLiaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policiesMentor and support junior staff and provide guidance where neededRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

(or equivalent) - essentialPrevious experience working in a

Senior Carer

or

Team Leader

roleStrong understanding of care standards and CQC regulationsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyCompassionate and professional approach to carePlease Note:
