Junior Legal PA - Disputes London (City) Hybrid Up to £40,000 A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Legal PA to join the Disputes team of a leading international law firm in the City. This role is ideal for someone currently working in a legal administrative role who is looking to develop their career and progress into a fully-fledged Legal PA position. Working as part of a supportive PA team, you will assist fee earners with a variety of administrative tasks while helping the team operate efficiently in a busy, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for stakeholders Proactive diary and inbox management Organising meetings and coordinating logistics including meeting rooms and documentation Managing calendar invitations and schedules Supporting business development administration, including CRM updates and directory submissions Building strong relationships with fee earners and internal teams Providing general administrative and team support as required About You Previous law firm experience in an administrative or support role Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The Offer Salary up to £40,000 Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home) 9:30am - 5:30pm working hours Excellent opportunity to ..... full job details .....
