A specialist manufacturing business who supplies the FMCG market are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The business has recently secured investment to help accelerate their growth and drive sustainable innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor and check the product quality and document results.
• To achieve maximum effectiveness of machinery and equipment by minimising downtime and supporting the effective operation of the PPM system.
• To ensure efficient production through maintenance of assets, assured technical capabilities.
• They will perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
• Working on a lot of high-speed machinery, conveyors, motors, FMCG machinery, drives etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Multi skilled maintenance background - can be electrical or mechanical bias
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline would be preferred
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
