The role requires discretion, excellent organisational skills, and strong experience working at PA or a similar level.Key ResponsibilitiesManage diaries, schedules and workloads for DirectorsCoordinate meetings, seminars and conferences, including room bookingsPrepare agendas, collate papers and take accurate minutes for meetingsManage sensitive correspondence and information with discretionAct as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, including officials and partner organisationsMaintain effective document management and filing systemsSupport Directorate meetings and governance processes, ensuring deadlines are metUndertake research and adhoc support tasks as required by DirectorsEssential RequirementsPrevious experience working as a PA or in a similar executive support roleProven minute-taking experienceStrong organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionally and sensitivelyMust be able to work fully on siteThis position will be offered on a temporary basis until a permanent appointment is made.Due to the ..... full job details .....
