This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal looking to take the next step in their career.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build transactions.Draft, review, and prepare contracts, transfer documents, and all associated legal paperwork.Conduct title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear updates and maintaining strong relationships.Prepare completion statements, handle exchange and completion processes, and manage post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.Support fee earners and senior colleagues with complex matters where required.Mentor and guide junior members of the team, providing support and sharing ..... full job details .....
