Our client, a leading firm in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Traffic Engineer to join their dynamic Development Management Implementation (DMI) team. This is a permanent role providing technical support across various planning and development-led transport projects.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support on the delivery of highways and transport planning projectsAssist in developing and implementing highway schemes for public sector clients and private developersSupport the preparation and/or review of Transport Assessments and related planning documentsProvide pre-application advice to developers on highways and transport planning mattersEngage collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomesContribute to the continuous improvement and success of the DMI team service functionWork flexibly with the option of a hybrid office/remote working arrangementJob Requirements:Experience in a highway design or transport planning environmentProficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or AutoCADExperience preparing or reviewing Transport Assessments and related reports (beneficial but not essential)Experience providing pre-application advice (beneficial but not essential)Enthusiastic, diligent, and eager to learn with strong communication skills and a collaborative approachAbility to deliver work accurately and on timeHNC, HND, Degree, or Masters in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related disciplineDesirable to be a member of ..... full job details .....
