Role: Lead Maintenance EngineerLocation: South BirminghamHours: 6am - 2pmPay: 45,000 - 48,000 Role Overview:We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering and Manufacturing client''s team in South Birmingham. Duties to be performed: Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance on all factory machinery, equipment, and facility systems.Support daily maintenance operations, troubleshoot breakdowns, and assist with new equipment installations.Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) system and follow the TPM schedule.Collaborate with suppliers for servicing, repairs, and installations, and provide training to staff on maintenance best practices.Contribute to plant safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and reliable production performance.
