This role plays a key part in ensuring our workforce is safe, healthy, and fit for operational demands. You ll work closely with stakeholders across HSQE, HR, and operational teams to deliver a professional, confidential, and safety-focused service.What you ll doDeliver pre-employment medicals and periodic health surveillance in line with Network Rail and HSE standards.Complete drug and alcohol testing, ensuring strict adherence to chain-of-custody procedures.Support case management, including sickness absence advice and return-to-work guidance.Promote employee wellbeing through education, counselling, and participation in health initiatives.Identify and assess workplace health risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate, secure medical documentation and ensure timely uploads to Sentinel.What you needEssential:Registered on part 1 of the NMC register.Occupational health diploma or registration on part 2 of the NMC register (or a registered midwife).Audiometry certificate and HAVS qualification from a recognised Faculty of Occupational Medicine course.DBS certificate (or ability to ..... full job details .....
