Finance ManagerBirmingham (Office-Based)£50,000 - £55,000Permanent Full-Time We have a fantastic role for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a well established UK manufacturing business based in Birmingham. This is a key on-site finance role, working closely with operational and production teams to support performance, control costs, and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end accounting support for site operations, ensuring strong financial control, insightful reporting, and effective business partnering with non-finance stakeholders. Key responsibilities:Preparing monthly management accounts including PandL, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flowDelivering variance analysis with clear commentary and actionable insight for site leadershipLeading cost accounting processes including job costing, product costing and overhead allocationSupporting budgets, forecasts and scenario planningManaging Capex tracking and the fixed asset registerWorking closely with operations and procurement on inventory, WIP and material costingSupporting month-end and year-end close, including audit requirementsDriving process improvements, strengthening controls and enhancing reporting qualityPartnering with production, operations and procurement teams to support decision-makingMaintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesSupporting business cases and financial analysis for site investment decisionsInvolvement in AP, AR and ..... full job details .....
