Technical Support Engineer (L2) - 6 Month Contract - Wokingham - Inside IR35 Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)Rate: £250 per day (can be negotiable)Location: Wokingham Role Overview The EUC Concierge andamp; L2 Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for delivering advanced Level 2 end-user technical support across the organization. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues to ensure stable and secure IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality EUC concierge and Level 2 IT support to corporate users. Respond promptly to incidents and service requests for on-site and remote users. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues. Utilize remote tools to troubleshoot and restore services. Maintain ownership of tickets through full resolution and proper documentation. What You Will Ideally Bring: Experience supporting end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals). Background in service desk/help desk environments.
